ПРОБЛЕМА ОСТРОГО ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ ПОЧЕК У ДЕТЕЙ НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ
Анотація
В даному огляді сучасної зарубіжної літератури представлені результати останніх досліджень проблеми гострого пошкодження нирок у дітей. Наведена сучасна система стратифікації за важкістю ступенів гострого пошкодження нирок та їх порівняння (RIFLE та AKIN – критерії). Представлені біомаркери гострого і хронічного ушкодження нирок, що дають можливість раннього виявлення патологічних змін і визначення стадії процесу, відділу нефрона та інтенсивність фіброгенезу. Серед нових маркерів, що активно досліджуються, наибільше значення мають KIM–1, VEGF–А, L–FABP, TGF–b1, NGAL, NAG.
