ПАРЕНТЕРАЛЬНЕ ХАРЧУВАННЯ ПАЦІЄНТІВ З ГОСТРИМ ПОШКОДЖЕННЯМ НИРОК
Анотація
Обзор литературы посвящён изменениям метаболизма макронутриентов (белков, жиров и углеводов) у пациентов с острым повреждением почек (с учётом наличия или отсутствия лечения методами диализной почечной заместительной терапии) и их отличиями от других острых заболеваний. Рассмотрены экспериментальные и клинические работы посвящённые данному вопросу. Особое внимание уделено цели нутритивной поддержки и потребностям пациентов с острым повреждением почек в макронутриентах, а также показаниям к парентеральному питанию, альтернативным подходам к контролю белкового катаболизма и влиянию нутритивной поддержки на результаты лечения.
