Анотація
Робота є оглядом літератури, в якій висвітлюються сучасні погляди на механізми, що лежать в основі формування гіпероксалурії та можливі клінічні наслідки. Детально викладено хімічні властивості оксалату, його екзо- й ендогенні ресурси в організмі людини, механізми абсорбції оксалату у шлунково-кишковому тракті та ниркової екскреції. У заключному розділі основна увага приділяється існуючим та перспективним підходам до лікування гіпероксалурії.
