Інноваційні напрямки превенції та лікування хворих на ХХН

Анотація

Хронічна хвороба нирок (ХХН) є глобальною проблемою охорони здоров’я. Наявна ХХН значно підвищує частоту летальних наслідків незалежно від причин загалом, і особливо від кардіоваскулярних ускладнень зокрема. Основна причина – застосовувані технології не дозволяють ефективно превентувати розвиток ХХН та зупинити її прогресування.
Інноваційні пацієнт орієнтовані підходи для вирішення цих проблем можуть бути реалізовані через здійснення національних скринінгових програм, ІТ самотестування ХХН, створення ХХН-спрямованих лікарських
засобів для нових терапевтичних мішеней.
Якщо перелічені вище проблеми будуть вирішені, то інноваційні підходи до лікування та організації медичної допомоги зменшать розповсюдженість і захворюваність на ХХН та сповільнять її прогресування.
