Анотація
Резюме. В обзоре литературы представлены данные о нарушениях липидного обмена на различных
стадиях хронической болезни почек(ХБП), в том числе и на диализе. Обсуждается возможное влияние дислипидеми на прогрессирование ХБП, а также возникновение и прогрессирование сердечнососудистых осложнений у пациентов с ХБП. Освещены вопросы применения гиполипидемической терапии, в том числе и статинов, у пациентов с ХБП на додиализе и диализе.
