Анотація

Симпатична нервова система відіграє важливу роль у розвитку серцево-судинних ускладнень у хворих на хронічну хворобу нирок (ХХН). Метою даного огляду є узагальнення наявних знань про роль симпатичної гіперактивації у патогенезі ХХН, її клінічне значення та можливості сучасного лікування.
